A walk through Hatfield Forest : Part 2

Micro id

Crambus pratella

Agapeta hamana

Common Blue

Latticed Heath

Well what a blisteringly hot day yesterday was! upto 24 degrees here and its hotter still today!

Yesterday saw me take my net and do a little sweeping of vegetation for and Moths and Butterflies that might be lurking about.

Plenty of Painted Lady butterflies still about and a few sightings of Clouded Yellow's, very high up in the tree's unfortunately too far for a picture.

A possible Crambus pratella looks like a good record if its gets the ok.

Here is what I found.

1x Agapeta hamana [NFS]
1x Latticed Heath [NFS]
6x Silver-Y [NFS]
1x Common Blue [NFS]
1x Crambus pratella [NFS]
2x Crambus lathoniellus
2x Straw Dot [NFS]
Abundant amount of Glyphipterix simpliciella (Too many to count)
and a micro yet be id'd
