Another couple of recent garden catches

Two catches from last weekend and Monday night.

Mild days coupled with mild nights and less wind increased species diversity, but new species for the year slowly tail-off now as expected, but with quality over quantity abound.

Saturday night produced two new species of Carpet & 1 new species of Pug.

Monday night featured the very first Dark Sword-grass and a rather battered Dark-barred Twin-spot Carpet (Which seems quite late). It just would not sit still.

Micro moths have almost disappeared in numbers also, with just singles of the common species making an appearance.

Below are the new species for the year.

Moth garden list stands at 164 species.
