Quiet and a little samey?

Dare I say it.

The moth trap has been rather quiet lately, still lots of the common species turning up, but only really 4 species that are doing well.

The last time I ran my trap was on Tuesday night and there were around 100 moths of 15 species.

Just one moth was new for the year, a complete, but not entirely fresh Old Lady, rarely do I see them in this condition with all wings intact. (Being so big they tend to get battered very quickly).

Hopefully the next few nights may bring a few new species, perhaps?
