These were none other than Agonopterix heracliana a Moth which seems to be very consistant in pattern and markings & Acleris Notana/ferrugana which is highly variable as when compared to one I took from Parndon Wood last September, it looks totally different.
It was not easy getting decent pictures of these small skittish Moths but I did my best after letting them settle down in the fridge for 10 minutes.
