An increase in numbers and species

Slightly warmer last night, with a minimum of 7 degrees, as a result an increase in moths, with the most numerous, Willow Beauty (with 5 recorded).
Only 10 species were noted, still a little low, but it did include the second stunning Orange Sallow of the year and a realy pale Lunar Underwing.
Two lateish moths were Least Carpet and an Oegoconia species.

Hopefully by midweek it should once again improve.
